What happens next?
Provide a valid phone number and request to join our private Facebook group to stay updated. Fill out the form completely and double-check your information. We send mass texts and make announcements in our private group when kittens are available. If we don’t receive a response three times via phone, you will be removed from the waiting list. You have two years to choose a kitten, and after that period, another waitlist deposit is required. Once you select a kitten, a reserve deposit of $600 is due within 24 hours, which contributes to the total cost of the kitten.
All deposits are non-refundable but can be used toward another kitten. Please review the contract with the provided password, available upon request and on our private Facebook group. The current waiting time varies, so please contact us for details.
Our kittens are ready to join your family between 14 and 16 weeks old. They have received a minimum of two FVRCP vaccines, been dewormed, tested negative for FeLV/FIV, and had a negative fecal test. They come with TICA or CFA registration papers, a HomeAgain microchip, and 30 days of free pet insurance by TruPanion. We offer a health guarantee against genetic or cognitive defects, as well as HCM and FIP guarantees. We are a HCM Scanning Cattery, and scans are available upon request and on our private Facebook group. Each kitten comes with a kitty pack containing samples, toys, shirts, and a blanket with the mother’s scent. Lifetime support is provided by us.

Do I need to know which breed I want before applying?
No. Many applicants fall in love with more than one breed. We help guide you based on temperament, coat type, and lifestyle.
How long is the wait for a kitten?
Timing depends on the breed (Sphynx, Devon Rex, or Lykoi), your preferences, and current litters. Waitlisted families always receive first pick.
What does my deposit cover?
Your deposit secures your waitlist position and is applied to your kitten’s final purchase price.
Can I request a specific color or eye type?
You may include preferences, but temperament always comes first. Color availability varies by pairing.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes. We provide safe, concierge-style transportation throughout the U.S.
